Vulcor Solipaper ULS

SoliPaper ULS ® is setting a new standard for low shot low bio persistence fibre based paper products. Utilizing the Generation III, Ultra Low Shot, fibres we are able to offer you a paper with is differentiation on very smooth surface, higher mechanical strength and close dimensional tolerance. SoliPaper ULS ® grade has a classification temperature of 1260°C and operating till 1100°C continuously.

SoliPaper ULS is manufactured from true Generation III ultra clean and fine, 1260°C rated, SoliWool ULS fibre. SoliPaper ULS is very flexible, and offers a high tensile strength thanks to the high fibre index. As a result it is particularly suited to all applications requiring further processing (laminated composites, die-cutting, rolling, folding).

Utilizing an optimized production process we are able to create a product with a smooth surface, close dimension tolerances, exceptionally low dust, high handling strength, and an improved thermal insulating performance. SoliPaper ULS-grade is very flexible, and offers a high tensile strength as result of the high fibre index.

SoliPaper ULS is using organic binders which burn out on the first firing, starting at approximately 250°C.
