Silica Ladder Webbing
- Silica Ladder Webbing is made by weaving textured continuous filament silica yarn guaranteeing excellent thermal insulation properties.
- Silica Ladder Webbing causes little irritation and resists continuous temperatures up to 1000°C in optimum conditions.
- They do not vitrify and are recommended in substitution of ceramic fibre ladder tape.
- They exhibit excellent chemical stability resisting attack from organic agents, water and hot acids (except hydrofluoric acid).
- Central warp yarns have been removed to create a ladder section to enable application over bolts suitable for boiler, furnace and kiln car door seals.
