HT750 Twisted Yarn (Rope)
- Manufactured from multiple strands of HT750 Glass yarn twisted together to create a yarn / rope which is highly resilient and has excellent space filling properties.
- The base fibres are inorganic, sterile and flame proof and they have low thermal conductivity, are resistant to oils and do not rust.
- Suitable for temperatures up to 750°C in optimum conditions.
- They are resistant to oils, solvents and most chemicals, but direct contact with live steam should be avoided.
- The fibres will not rot and are unaffected by fungi, insects and bacteria.
- These yarns / ropes are not braided (held together) and would, if cut, unravel. It is this characteristic that makes the ropes versatile in that they can be twisted more or less tightly by hand to suit the void.
