Metallic flange cover in AISI 316

This shield features a high-quality steel band and an internal multi-layer steel mesh compressed against the flange without weak points. The mesh—crimped at the center to fill the gap between flange faces—diffuses pressure quickly, enabling safe drip-release and preventing direct or lateral spray. All shields are hydrostatically pressure-tested (certificates available). Model 3355 is quick to install, designed for high-pressure pipelines, and is suitable for steam, oil, LNG, and hydrogen applications—leak-tested up to 335 Bar. It can be installed and removed without special tools, even in harsh environments, and is reusable after a leak.
