Orange Polyimide Gland Packing

This packing is made from synthetic polyimide fibre threads that are treated yarn by yarn with pure PTFE dispersion, free from APFO, and an inert lubricant. It is formed using a diagonal braiding system that provides excellent dimensional stability and uniform structure. Designed as a replacement for blue asbestos packing, it offers significantly higher mechanical resistance and a low friction coefficient, effectively preventing the shaft scoring that is typical of blue asbestos materials.
