Solipaper X

SoliPaper X-grade is the most standardized of our two Refractory Ceramic Fiber based paper products and is used in a wide range of applications with great success. It is also one of the products which takes most benefit of the Ultra Low Shot spining technology, which is commonly used for the production of our fiber products. SoliPaper X-grade has a classification temperature of 1260°C and is recommended for use till 1100°C continuously.

The Ultra Low Shot technology, originally developed for our Low Bio Persistence fibers, is enabling us to offer you a paper with is differenciating to other refractory ceramic fiber papers with its smooth surface, higher mechanical strength and close dimensional tolerance.

SoliPaper X-grade is very flexible, and offers a high tensile strength thanks to the high fiber index. As a result it is particulary suited to all applications requiring further processing (laminated composites, die-cutting, rolling, folding). SoliPaper X-grade is using organic binders which burn out on the first firing, starting at approximately 250°C
