Heat Cleaned E Glass Webbing

Our vermiculite-coated E-glass webbing is produced from textured E-grade glass fibre yarns, giving it reliable heat stability up to 550°C under optimum conditions. The webbing delivers excellent insulation performance with low thermal conductivity (approx. 0.05 W/m·K) and strong resistance to oils, solvents and most common industrial chemicals.

A durable vermiculite coating is applied to increase abrasion resistance, improve surface toughness and support performance during prolonged high-temperature exposure. This mineral finish provides additional protection in demanding environments where heat, friction or mechanical wear are present.

Naturally inorganic, non-combustible and sterile, the webbing is heat-treated to stabilise the weave and remove residual binders for cleaner handling. It can be manufactured in widths up to 500 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of insulation and thermal protection applications.
