Molten Aluminium Glass Filter Cloth
- Molten Aluminium Glass filter cloth is designed for filtering impurities and oxide residues; reduce turbulence and improve flow distribution of molten non-ferrous alloys especially aluminium.
- The product is woven from special high twist E Glass yarns in special open leno or mock leno weave constructions which maintain accurate and consistent hole size and shape improving flow and distribution.
- The fabrics are supplied with a low fume emission and low toxicity finish to give extended casting time.
- The fabric can be supplied both in roll form, or as a sewn item e.g. spout sock, filter tray, or as a launder sock between the furnace and casting table.
