Solipaper ULS
SoliPaper ULS-grade is Vulcor Insulations standard Low Bio Persistence fiber paper product and is used in a wide range of applications with great success. SoliPaper ULS-grade has a classification temperature of 1260°C and is recommended for use till 1100°C continuously.
SoliPaper ULS is manufactured from true Generation III ultra clean and fine SoliWool fiber. SoliPaper ULS is very flexible, and offers a high tensile strength thanks to the high fiber index. As a result it is particulary suited to all applications requiring further processing (laminated composites, die-cutting, rolling, folding).
Utilizing an optimized production process we are able to create a product with a smooth surface, close dimension tolerances, exceptionally low dust, high handling strength, and an improved thermal insulating performance. SoliPaper ULS-grade is very flexible, and offers a high tensile strength as result of the high fiber index.
SoliPaper ULS is using organic binders which burn out on the first firing, starting at approximately 250°C.
All products in the SoliWool ULS fiber product range, like the SoliPaper ULS, meet the requirements specified under NOTE Q of European Regulation 1272/2008. All SoliPaper ULS products are therefore exonerated from labelling requirements in Europe.
