Fire Poi Braided Rope
- Fire poi rope is braided from 100% regenerated discontinuous filament (DF) para-aramid yarns specifically designed for use with paraffin solvents.
- It is extremely resistant to both heat and friction and capable of absorbing large quantities of fuel.
- The braid has been developed to minimise fraying and extend the life time of the wick. If used properly the wick should last you several hundred burns if not more.
- Fire Poi braided ropes are even, homogeneous and have a very smooth surface.
- Rated to 250°C in optimum conditions, after which the fibre begins to char and carbonise.
- It does not drip, melt, combust or flame.
