Electrical insulation sleevings are braided or knitted using E Glass yarns which are then impregnated or coated with a range of silicone or acrylic resins to provide varying thermal and electrical properties tailored to specific customer applications. 

Caramelised E Glass Sleeving provides excellent protection against electrical, thermal and mechanical stresses for cables, strands and conductors depending on the type of TEXFLEX insulation sleeving used. The quality grades available for Caramelised E Glass Sleeving meet BS, IEC, ASTM and NEMA standards, several types are also CSA and UL compliant to the directive 2011/65EU (RoHS). These are stipulated on the individual Technical Data Sheets for each product.
