- Silicone Self Amalgamating Tape is a silicone rubber repair tape with self fusing properties.
- It is intended to be applied as an overlap 'finish' to tidy the transition from silicone coated electrical sleeves to the hose end.
- Self fusing silicone rubber tape will provide a moisture barrier over a temperature range of -20° to 250°C in optimum conditions.
- Silicone tape can be wrapped around complex shapes, and after 24 hours at room temperature, it will form a homogeneous structure that cannot be separated.
- It is flame retardant.
