E Glass Rope Packing
- E glass rope packing is braided / plaited entirely using 6-9µ E glass yarns into round, square or rectangular rope sections.
- E glass yarns are textured and rated to 550°C in optimum conditions.
- The base fibres are inorganic, sterile, incombustible and they have low thermal conductivity making them excellent in high temperature industrial oven and furnace door sealing applications.
- E glass rope packings are available in three different constructions each with their own unique characteristics as explained below.
