High Temperature Narrow Fabrics

Textile Technologies Europe Ltd manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of high temperature narrow fabrics for thermal insulation, sealing, protection and industrial processing applications. Our product range includes high temperature webbings & tapes, ropes, twisted yarns, sleeving, draw cords and lacing tapes engineered for use in demanding thermal and chemically aggressive environments.

Designed for OEM, industrial and technical applications, our high temperature narrow fabrics are produced from advanced fibres including E Glass, Silica, Basalt, Para Aramid, BELCOTEX®, Alumina Silica and other specialist high performance materials. Products are available in loomstate, heat treated and coated constructions including PTFE, graphite, vermiculite and silicone enhanced finishes to improve abrasion resistance, flexibility and thermal performance.

High Temperature Webbings & Tapes

Textile Technologies Europe supplies high temperature webbings and tapes for insulation, sealing, protection and reinforcement applications across industrial, aerospace, energy and process industries. Products are manufactured from specialist fibres including HT750 glass fibre, BELCOTEX® fibre, Para Aramid and other technical yarns designed to withstand continuous exposure to elevated temperatures.

Our high temperature webbing tapes offer excellent thermal insulation, flame resistance, tensile strength and chemical resistance, making them suitable for furnace door seals, kiln seals, hot pipe insulation, welding stress relief, fire resistant reinforcement and high temperature binding applications. Products can also be enhanced with PTFE, vermiculite, graphite, silicone coatings and stainless steel reinforcement depending on the application requirements.

High Temperature Ropes

Our range of high temperature ropes are engineered for sealing, gasketing, insulation and thermal protection applications operating in extreme environments. Manufactured from high performance fibres including BELCOTEX®, HT750 glass fibre, silica, basalt and para aramid materials, these ropes provide excellent resilience, flexibility and thermal resistance.

Applications include rope door seals, industrial oven seals, wood burner seals, pellet stove seals, electrical insulation, high temperature gasketing and thermal processing systems. Products are available in braided, knitted and twisted constructions depending on flexibility, density and sealing requirements.

High Temperature Twisted Yarn

Textile Technologies Europe manufactures high temperature twisted yarns for insulation, sealing and thermal packing applications. Twisted yarn constructions are produced by twisting multiple strands together to create highly resilient yarns with excellent space filling characteristics and thermal stability.

Available materials include HT750 glass fibre, BELCOTEX® fibre and other advanced thermal fibres suitable for high temperature gasket seals, expansion joints, oven seals and industrial insulation systems. Twisted yarns are resistant to heat, chemicals, oils and abrasion while maintaining excellent handling and adaptability for industrial assembly and sealing applications.

High Temperature Sleeving

Our high temperature sleeving products are designed to provide thermal insulation, abrasion resistance and protection for hoses, cables, pipes and industrial components operating in elevated temperature environments. Manufactured using specialist high temperature yarns and fibres, sleeving products are available in braided, knitted and coated constructions to suit a wide range of industrial applications.

High temperature sleeving solutions are used extensively across aerospace, automotive, power generation, industrial processing and thermal protection applications where resistance to heat, flame and chemical attack is required.

High Temperature Draw Cord

Textile Technologies Europe supplies high temperature draw cords manufactured from E Glass, Basalt, Silica and Alumina Silica yarns for demanding industrial and thermal applications. These draw cords are designed for use in extreme temperature environments where conventional cord materials would fail.

Available constructions include PTFE coated E Glass draw cords, silica draw cords, basalt draw cords and alumina silica draw cords with operating temperatures ranging from 550°C through to 1250°C in optimum conditions. Draw cords are commonly used in insulation blankets, thermal curtains, removable insulation covers and industrial fastening systems.

High Temperature Lacing Tape

Our high temperature lacing tapes are engineered for cable bundling, securing insulation materials and tying applications in extreme thermal and chemically aggressive environments. Manufactured from E Glass and specialist high temperature yarns, these products offer excellent knot strength, flexibility and thermal resistance.

PTFE coated lacing tapes are designed to minimise fibre shedding while improving flexibility, abrasion resistance and chemical protection. Products are non-flammable, resistant to rot and fungus and suitable for aerospace, electrical insulation, industrial heating and thermal protection applications.
