High Temperature Wide Fabrics

Textile Technologies Europe Ltd manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of high temperature wide fabrics engineered for thermal insulation, fire protection, welding protection, heat shielding and industrial processing applications. Our high temperature fabrics are designed for demanding environments where resistance to extreme heat, abrasion, molten splash, chemicals and mechanical stress is required.

Manufactured from advanced technical fibres including E Glass, Silica, Basalt, Alumina and BELCOTEX® fibres, our high temperature wide fabrics are available in loomstate, coated, heat treated and specialised finished constructions. Coating technologies include silicone, PTFE, neoprene, polyurethane, graphite, vermiculite and mineral based finishes designed to enhance thermal performance, flexibility, abrasion resistance and handling characteristics across industrial applications.

Polymer Coated Glass Cloths

Textile Technologies Europe supplies a wide range of polymer coated glass cloths engineered for thermal insulation, welding protection, removable insulation jackets, fire barriers and industrial heat shielding applications. Manufactured using high quality woven glass fabrics combined with specialist polymer coatings including silicone, PTFE, neoprene and polyurethane, these materials provide excellent resistance to heat, abrasion, oils, chemicals and moisture.

Caramalised E Glass Cloth

Our caramelised E Glass cloths are heat cleaned woven glass fabrics designed to remove organic sizing and binders from the glass fibre surface. This process improves high temperature performance while reducing smoke generation during initial exposure to elevated temperatures.

Mineral Coated Glass Cloths

Textile Technologies Europe manufactures mineral coated glass cloths designed for high temperature insulation and fire protection applications operating in severe thermal environments. Mineral coatings improve resistance to direct flame, molten splash, abrasion and mechanical wear while enhancing the thermal integrity of the base glass fabric.

Weavelocked Glass Cloth

Our weavelocked glass cloths are engineered to minimise fabric fraying and improve dimensional stability during cutting, fabrication and installation processes. BELCOTEX® fibre technology is specifically engineered to provide improved performance in elevated temperature environments compared to traditional glass fibre materials.
