Metal-plastic seals

For orders, indicate inches, series, windings and filler material. On request, gaskets can be produced in non-standard formats.

Metal-plastic seals consist of a soft core material (graphite, ceramic, or PTFE) partially or fully coated with a metal foil. These easily compressible gaskets resist high temperatures and pressures and can accommodate varying operating conditions. They are particularly effective when a seal must compress 20–30% of its initial thickness to compensate for flange misalignment or imperfections.
