Shipping

We have been shipping our products around the world for over half a century and know only to use the most reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you on time, at the right place and in good condition.

Our Standard UK Delivery Rates

Textile Technologies Europe Ltd choose APC overnight as their preferred parcel carrier and Nationwide Express Parcels (NEP) for their preferred pallet carrier for all United Kingdom deliveries based on their quality of care, accurate automated tracking facility and consistent on time delivery assurances.

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the consignment as follows:

Please Note: Goods will not be despatched until all goods are ready to be shipped together. Please keep this in mind if you order an item that has a lead time. 

* Please note that both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland has a minimum two day delivery time. 

For Highlands, Offshore Islands and other remote postcode destinations elevated pricing structures do apply. Please contact our sales team for a quote.

We are also able to offer timed next day delivery services and ask that customers ring to place orders and book this service accordingly.

International Rates

Textile Technologies Europe Ltd export worldwide. You can view a list of our international export countries by clicking here. 

Textile Technologies Europe Ltd choose Fedex® as our preferred parcel carrier and Caraval Liner Agencies as our preferred pallet carrier for all international freight based on their quality of care, accurate automated tracking facilities and consistent on time delivery assurances.

Shipping will be properly calculated in the checkout process. 

International customers (including European Customers) need to be aware that our shipping prices do not include customs TAX and duties. 

There may be a few selected countries that do not automatically calculate the shipping at the checkout. If this occurs, then please contact us for a quote.

If you think the shipping cost is too high, then please contact our sales team and we will do our best to find a better spot price on the day. 

Delivery and Lead Times

A large proportion of our products are in stock and available to buy for quick next day delivery if ordered before 1PM. However given the extensive range of dimensions and weights for all our textiles it is not possible to stock them all and so some lead times are inevitable. We have for each product code given an estimation of the lead time (if there is one) but still allowed you the facility to buy with this understanding in mind. It must be noted that these lead times are estimations and for a more accurate lead time at the point of sale it is advised you contact us if it is critical. 

If you believe your purchase is likely to repeat we will be happy to hold this product in stock to give you the best possible service.

Collections

You are more than welcome to arrange collection direct from our warehouse. In this case you will need to call our offices to let them know you placed an order online and arrange a time slot for collection. This will ensure that our warehouse team are expecting you and more importantly, will have your order ready and waiting.

Redelivery Charges

Please ensure a member of your team is available to take receipt of your order anytime during normal business hours (up to 5PM). Otherwise you may incur a redelivery charge.
